This Month's Attendance
One row per student — type the name and condo once, then the days of this month (1 to 31) run across the columns. Whichever day a lesson actually happened, tap that day's cell and pick one option from the dropdown (Present / Absent-reason / Interrupted-reason) — no typing needed.
On days with no lesson, just leave the cell blank. If you can't remember the reason right away, pick "reason unclear" for now and fill it in properly later. There's also a "Present This Month" column that automatically counts how many "Present" marks are in that row — just for your own reference, it never touches deduction/debt calculations.
